So, my BFF Stefanie and I have been trying to think of a fun, easy craft project to do when we go on our Girls Getaway 2011 next month. We've been thinking about making some necklaces. Well, Hobby Lobby had a sale this week so we went and got some supplies. I already had a TON of scrapbook paper, so I only had to buy the frame and the chain. There are so many different types of ideas you could make for your necklace...so many cute scrapbook papers. I decided on making a Halloween necklace, though. So, I just cut out some scrapbook paper, used a little Martha Stewart glitter and there you have it. My cute little Halloween necklace. I am a little disappointed in the hardware, though. It's a little too flimsy - I'm afraid that it might break. But, what can you expect for $1.50?? I might see if I can find some sturdier hardware online before I make the next one. I would like to find some cute vintage Thanksgiving, Fall and Christmas paper to make necklaces with. So...anyway....this is a cute little easy project you can do to accessorize for the holidays :)
